Our USA based private lender makes loans against BG, SBLC, CD, Bank Drafts and Sovereign Bonds.  Our NO INTEREST loans comply with Islamic Law by discounting an “A” graded one-year instrument at 90% of face, 2 pts to lender, 2 pts to Intermediaries, net 86% to client in CASH. End of the one-year terms client pays back the 90% or forfeits the instrument. NO INTEREST. No recourse to client.  WE MAKE LOANS ON LESSOR RATED INSTRUMENT ALSO.  Send complete package for evaluations. $50 m minimum.

Our other USA based private lender makes loans against STOCKS, BONDS, US TREASURIES, MTN and can close fast with much higher LTV on stocks then margining can supply.  Likes 3-5 year loan periods.  No minimum on Stocks.

P.S. Collateral will need to be delivered to lender for duration of loan, then returned after loan is paid off.  We loan against leased instruments as long as the instrument is deliver to lenders institution.

2-Within 24-48 hours we will vet the Transaction and Client

3-Call directly with Client to go over deal structure

4-Issue Loan Agreement and MFPA

5-Close loan per the terms of the Loan Agreement

Intermediaries will be issued a Sub-Fee Agreement after the MFPA is executed and returned.
